Team Building at the Paddock
-
Setting Goals
Together with your team, the Paddock’s instructors will come up with a detailed plan with achievable targets set. Most groups will work with a specific car/track combination, chipping away lap-time by continuously analyzing the pros and cons of different lines and methods.
-
Attacking the Track
After goals have been set, clients will use a collaborative, data-driven approach to improve their lap-times. With access to live-telemetry and a team to rely on, it’s only a matter of time before you hit your marks.
-
Teamwork
Racing drivers have teams, for good reason. To optimize a cars performance on a given track takes time and effort. Developing chemistry with your teammates and working together to distribute the workload is crucial to staying ahead of the competition.
-
Analysis
To analyze and improve your lap times requires humility and the ability to step back and see the bigger picture. When a team is so reliant on its members functioning together, incompetency and over-confidence will stick out like a sore thumb.
